Parenting support your Chinese employees will actually use.

A turnkey two-week pilot for your Chinese-speaking employees — weekly parenting Q&A in Chinese, English briefs for your HR team, and a close-out report with before/after survey data. Built for the employees your EAP doesn't reach, with zero lift on your side.

The gap

Your benefits speak English.
Your employees' hardest questions don't.

Even well-funded EAPs struggle with utilization — and the gap is widest among employees facing language and cultural barriers. Your programs cover work-life issues in general; almost none cover parenting, in Chinese, with cultural context.

01

Language barrier

Parenting is emotional. Employees won't discuss their children in a second language with a stranger.

02

Cultural gap

Extended family dynamics, academic pressure, intergenerational expectations — generic advice misses the context.

03

Utilization gap

A benefit nobody uses is budget wasted. Chinese-language delivery is the missing key to adoption.

How it works

Three steps. No new systems to learn.

1

Pick seats.

One seat = one employee family. Start with one or two for the pilot — you just share a sign-up link, and we handle onboarding.

2

Employees ask in Chinese.

Two parenting questions per week per family, answered in 300–500 words by Reid Liu — 20 years in education media, author of a 19-module parenting framework.

3

HR gets English summaries.

Every answer ships with a concise English brief, plus a monthly trend report — ready for your leadership updates.

Family Education Researcher

Twenty years in education media — as a writer, director, and host — taught Reid one thing: parents don't need more information. They need answers that fit their family.

He is the author of a 19-module parenting framework built from two decades of observing real Chinese families, and has lectured to parents across China through his "Fly to Future" lecture series.

Every answer in this program is written by him personally. No junior staff, no templates, no AI.

Questions

What HR teams ask first.

How is this different from our EAP?
EAPs cover general work-life issues for everyone. This is dedicated, Chinese-language parenting guidance with cultural context — a complement, not a replacement.
How much work does this require from our HR team?
Almost none. You choose the seats, share a sign-up link with participating families, and receive the reports. We handle questions, answers, surveys, and summaries — the pilot runs itself.
Can we scope the pilot to one team or ERG?
Yes. Many pilots start with a single employee resource group or office location. One seat equals one family, so you can size it however you like.
Is employee privacy protected?
Yes. Questions are anonymized before delivery to HR; HR receives only English summaries and aggregate trend reports — never raw employee submissions.
What languages are supported?
Employees ask in Chinese and receive in-depth Chinese answers. HR receives everything it needs in English.
What happens after the pilot?
The pilot ends automatically — no auto-renewal. You receive a close-out report with survey data to decide on a subscription.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This is parenting education only — not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Clinical matters are referred to professionals.
Scope of service
Parenting education only — not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. This service provides family education guidance. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions; crisis matters are referred to qualified professionals.

Refund policy

Pilot seats are refundable in full before the pilot's first delivery. Monthly and quarterly seats are refundable for any unused full weeks remaining in the billing period. To request a refund, email contact@reidliu.com.
